Thanks to everyone for participating in 2024's Summer Sailstice! Thousands of sailors took to the waters across the globe and celebrated a passion for sailing and the water.
Huge thanks to those who submitted entries for our five contests. They showcase the wonderful diversity of the sailing community around the world, including people of all ages on lakes and oceans, dinghies, keelboats and raceboats. We have entries from boating organizations and individuals and we wish we could award every one a prize.

Our Do the Safety Dance, Raft-Up, and Restore an Old Sailboat contests are judged by a panel and will be announced on Sunday, July 21st, along with the photo and video contests on our Facebook page and newsletter.
Photo Contest
We have 24 great pictures depicting a whole lot of fun on the water on Summer Sailstice! Simply go to our Facebook page 2024 Photo Contest Album to vote for your favorite by this Sunday, July 21st, at Noon. The picture with the greatest number of likes will be awarded a prize and hold the honor of Best 2024 Summer Sailstice Photo.
Video Contest
We have five great one-minute videos celebrating Summer Sailstice! Go to our Facebook page and click on the post under "Featured." The links to the one-minute videos are in the comments. Take a look then vote for your favorite by this Sunday, July 21st, at Noon. The video with the greatest number of likes on the comments with the links will be awarded a prize and hold the honor of Best 2024 Summer Sailstice Photo.
