Have a kiddo interested in catching the wind? Well, there is good news if you live in or near Fort Monroe, Virginia! Youth Sailing Virginia has a fleet of 18 FJs, a 14-foot sailboat used for college and high school racing programs, learn to sail programs, and recreational sailing available but to top it off they will be celebrating Sailstice by sharing sailing opportunities with anyone who stops by!
You can learn more about them at their dock on Mill Creek behind the Fort Monroe community center, or watch their teamwork with the scouts on the water all day on June 18th!
