The Pointe Claire Yacht Club, located on Lake St. Louis close to Montreal, is hosting their annual PCYC/BYC Solstice/Sailstice Cruise over two weekends.
On June 18th, sailors are invited to sail to a local sandbar for a raft up party and swimming. Then spend the evening at Dowkers Island if weather permits. On June 24th and 25th, sailors are invited to sail to Soulange Canal (Snake Harbour) for the annual potluck, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres party Saturday afternoon and evening. (Bring your favorite hors d’oeuvres to share, and impress your sailing friends with your hidden talents!).
There have been as many as 28 boats at Snake Harbor and the party is always a good time.
