Seven Seas Cruising Association encourages member to join in!

Chad and Carolyn Carvey on sv "Lionhearts" (formerly Tambadil) will be sailing the San Francisco Bay for Summer Sailstice 2011!! Chad is the current President of the Board of Directors for the Seven Seas Cruising Association (SSCA), a 7,000 plus world-wide cruising "family" that is one of the biggest of its kind in the world! Chad says that SSCA members will be "out in force" around the world to spread their cruising camaraderie, fly their SSCA burgee proudly, and show their support for cruising! In addition, many of the over 150 SSCA "Cruising Station Hosts" around the world will be promoting sailing events in their area on Summer Sailstice!

 

You'll find SSCA members all over the world like cruisers in Trinidad who celebrated the first SSCA Gam of 2010. This traditional New Year’s Day Gam by the Trinidad SSCA Cruising Station was co-hosted by Jack Dausend (Boaters’ Enterprise Ltd.) and Jesse James (Members Only Maxi Taxi Services and took place at the Trinidad & Tobago Sailing Association.
