The crew at Torresen Marine of Muskegon Lake, Michigan invite all sailors to participate in their local summer celebration of sailing. On Saturday, June 18 Torresen will be celebrating the sailstice - welcoming the official start of summer by joining hundreds of other organizations across the country to celebrate the exciting and environmentally friendly way to enjoy the water by sailing. Torresen invites sailors and those curious about sailing to join the, for this event from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.
The following activities are all a part of the day:
- Free sails on Muskegon Lake - Departing from the Torresen Marine sailboat basin at 3126 Lake Shore Drive, Muskegon, Michigan - 10:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Space is limited so call for reservations.
