Where are people sailing?

Where are people sailing?

Hannah Gardner of Bermuda just signed up saying she plans to sail all over Harrington Sound for Summer Sailstice.  We toured Google images for this photo of Harrington Sound and have to agree with Hannah - a day sailing a Trinka on the sound would be a great way to spend Summer Sailstice.

If you haven't sailed in Bermuda, or better yet, to Bermuda it's a spectacular destination. This year the Marion-Bermuda Race, the cruising race to Bermuda, takes off from Marion, MA on Friday, June 14th and most boats will be in Bermuda within 3-5 days after a 600 mile ocean crossing.  Then, if they're all lucky, they'll be able to enjoy Summer Sailstice in Bermuda too or will be sailing the return trip home to the East Coast on the solstice and Sailstice.  Nice work if you can get it!

Where else are people sailing?  Besides Bermuda, this week people signed up from VA, MI, SD, FL, NJ, CA.  If you're fleet, club or state are not represented yet, why not get the ball rolling and sign up today?

Below - a Trinka 12, just the thing for Summer Sailstice.
