Tell us a bit about yourself!
Captain Donald Lawson is a professional sailor preparing to break a number of offshore solo records including becoming the first African American to sail solo non-stop around the world. Captain Lawson also serves in the position of chairmen for US sailing, diversity, equity & inclusion committee. He is inspiring the sailing community through both his presentation and his work on the water with his committee and non-profit organization.
